Sally Donnelly

Sally Donnelly is a Founding Partner at Pallas Advisors, a national security and technology consulting firm located in Washington D.C. 

From 2016 to 2018, Sally served as Senior Advisor to Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis. She previously worked for General Mattis as the Director of the Washington office for U.S. Central Command. Prior to working for Secretary Mattis, she was the Chief Executive Officer of a consulting firm. 

From 2007 to 2010, Sally worked as the Senior Advisor to Admiral Mike Mullen, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Before that, she spent more than 20 years at Time Magazine. Sally is a member of the Defense Business Board and a non-resident senior fellow at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. She is also a board member of the Naval Postgraduate School. 

Sally holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from Hollins College.
